A Prosci-certified change-management expert, I specialize in guiding teams from resistance to engagement, confusion to clarity, and overwhelm to capability. My own life is a case study in change  management - rebuilding and adapting across multiple cities as a trailing spouse -  this gives me rare empathy for the emotions employees experience during major transitions.
